top down sweater with 6 - 8 skeins of yarn. Great as a first sweater project with the bonus of a teacher to walk you through the rough spots.

Learn to finish your projects like a pro! Make perfect side-seams,shoulder seams and armholes. Practice mattress stitch and picking up stitches in the right places to make good looking borders or edgings. Come to class with 3 stockinette stitch squares and a tapestry needle.

This is a fun class! Not only are those balls magnificent and useful. Your wash will not be static and it will dry faster. These balls will also make wonderful holiday presents, they are eco friendly and just beautiful. We have samples at the store.
You are also doing something good, because ALL the proceeds will go Megan' Fund. Meghan is a young women with cancer and in need of funds to get her well.

Learn to knit in the round on two circular needles! This time our projects will be a felted oven mitt, so if you haven't tried felting either, this is a great time to expand your skills.
MODULAR KNITTING

Learn a new technique and have fun with mitered
squares! You need to be able to knit and purl for this class. You will have a finished vest
by the end of the class!
BEGINNING SPINNING

Learn to spin on at Klose Knit with one of our wheels, and some of our fiber! Taught by an experienced spinner, this is the perfect introduction to spinning.
TOP DOWN KIDS

In this class you will learn how to make a Baby Sweater from the top down in just a few
hours. Once you get acquainted with the
technique - the possibilities are endless.

Create a Class/Party
We can work with you and your friends to create a class or party to meet your needs. This could range from beginning knitting classes for a group of your friends to a project class for a knitting club. Maybe you all want to knit the same hat or to learn to knit socks together. We can help! The cost is between 25$ and $30 per hour / per student.
Class Policy
Registration: Class registration begins immediately on a first-come, first served basis. Classes are limited to 5 /6 participants, unless otherwise noted. Pre-payment is required with registration to secure your spot in the class. Supplies are not included in the class fee. Ask for a supply list at the time of registration. Please work with materials purchased from Klose Knit. We offer a 10% discount on materials for our classes.
Cancellations: You may transfer class fees to apply to another class within the same semester, as long as you still let us know at least a week prior to the original class you registered for. If a class does not fill with the minimum number of students, we will cancel the class and issue a full refund. Please note that if you cannot attend a session of a multiple session class, we will try to help you out in other ways, but we cannot guarantee a make-up lesson.
